ULTRA calibration service
Quality management systems and quality assurance standards
require a regular calibration and supervision of the measuring tools
used in the works.
Works calibration
We calibrate gauges and measuring tools as well as master gauges
in conformity with the directives VDI/VDE/DGQ 2618 Sheets 1–27
and according to national and international standards respectively.
The traceability to the national and international normal is assured.
DAkks calibration (previously DKD)
DAkkS calibration reports can be issued for a
large part of our measuring instruments, the
prices for this service only slightly exceed tho-
se for the works calibration. The performing
laboratory is a signatory to the multilateral
agreements of the “European Cooperation
for Accreditation” (EA) and the “International
Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation” (ILAC)
for the mutual recognition of calibration
certificates. The traceability to the national
standards, realized with the units of measure-
ment according to the “International System
of Units” (SI) is ensured.

Please ask separately for the calibration of
measuring tools that are not included in our
standard list.
ULTRA repair service
The economic alternative to new tools.
We repair measuring tools and gauges, also products of other brands.
Repair process:
» Analyse of damaged components
» Elaboration of a cost estimate for release
» Repair with brand-new replacement parts
» Issue of calibration certificate, if required
» The return shipment will be effected by
adding freight and packing charges.
Should an economic repair not be possible anymore, you will
certainly receive from us an offer for a new tool. Please send us
your measuring tools in appropriated packing, freight prepaid, to

ULTRA Granite measuring plate service
We measure your measuring plates directly
on your side and issue a works or DKD
calibration certificate. If necessary the
measuring surfaces are re-worked according
to DIN 876, or according to your personalised
requirements.

Werks-Kalibrierung
Wir kalibrieren Lehren und Messmittel sowie Maßverkörperungen

rung auf nationale bzw. internationale Normale ist gewährleistet.

Für einen großen Teil unserer Messmittel können
DAkkS-Kalibrierscheine ausgestellt werden, die
Preise für diesen Service liegen nur geringfügig
über den Konditionen der Werks-Kalibrierung.
Das ausführende Labor ist Unterzeichner der
„European Cooperation for Accreditation“ (EA)
und der „International Laboratory Accredita-
tion Cooperation“ (ILAC) zur gegenseitigen
Annerkennung der Kalibrierscheine. Die Rück-
führung auf nationale Normale zur Darstellung
der Einheiten in Übereinstimmung mit dem
„Internationalen Einheitssystem“ (SI) ist somit
gewährleistet.

Wir vermessen Ihre Messplatten direkt bei Ihnen
Vorort und erstellen einen Werkskalibrierschein
oder DKD-Kalibrierschein. Falls erforderlich
werden die Messflächen gemäß DIN 876 oder
nach Ihren ganz persönlichen Anforderungen
nachgearbeitet.
